Product Transfer

A product transfer mortgage is an alternative to remortgaging, often requiring less fees, no legal work and faster completion. Check with your Advisor to see if a product transfer is right for you!

Like remortgaging, with lower fees!

A Product transfer is similar to a remortgage where you are changing your current deal to something new; however, unlike a remortgage, a product transfer requires you to stay with the same provider. This has benefits, such as less paperwork, few or no fees, no need for a new property valuation, and no legal of solicitor work (and therefore costs).

For Product Transfers you do not need to complete a mortgage application. You may be required to update the value of your property, a process which we can walk you through. This will give you new options with the same lender, enabling you to choose between your lenders products and select which is best for you.

The fees for a Product Transfer are likely to be much less than remortgaging, and the process is usually shorter. Your expert Advisor will be able to present you with recommendations based on your circumstances to help you understand if Product transfer is right for you. Product transfer can be particularly useful when a Government scheme or specific deal (such as stamp duty holidays) is coming to an end and you need to move faster than a traditional remortgage allows.

Not only could we manage your product transfer for you (and do most of the paperwork), we can tell you if your product transfer is the best deal available within the wider market. By choosing to use an Independent Advisor, you have access to far more mortgages than what a single provider or bank can offer, along with an expert Advisor who can discuss if the benefits of your product transfer are worth it in the long term.
